As stern as War could be, there were a few rare individuals that could cause his stone expression to melt. Agathis had quickly become one of those individuals. Yet, despite how fast their friendship had developed, Agathis's departure came just as suddenly.

The horseman and Prometheus both were melancholy after his disappearance. Yet, life did march on, as did they. War would visit Prometheus at the same time everyday to check-in, and after that he would go on about his business unless they made plans together.

Today was any other day such as that, however, on his way down the path towards Prometheus's dwelling, War caught a familiar sight of dark skin and leaf-strewn antlers.

"Agathis." The horseman said outloud, and then after a short pause, he stomped his way closer. Not out of anger, but out of a need to move a bit quicker!

"How do you do it?" Sal was sunk down far into the couch; holding a soda limply in his hand. "I mean...the.." He gestured to all of Eiden with his free hand. "You're so sparkly...all the time..." Meanwhile Sal looked completely disheveled, even on a good day. That was just his natural state of being though. Disheveled, then slightly less disheveled.

tag nine people you'd like to know better

I. favourite colours: i like various shades of red and blue but there's not really a colour i gravitate to most. when i was a child, i would always pick the blue things.

II. favourite flavours: chocolate and vanilla? lemon, too. i would like to say almost everything that is sweet because of my big sweet tooth. i'm a big friend of vitamin s.

III. favourite genres: fantasy and sci-fi. but i also enjoy historical fiction a lot when i happen to get my hands on them by chance.

IV. favourite music: i hear pretty much anything except jazz and hip hop, rap and these kinds of things. it's not my cup of tea, really. music that makes me feel the most for some reason is music from the 50s and 60s. i don't listen to it often, but yeah.

V. favourite movies: lord of the rings! as a child i loved, loved, loved the land before time movies.

VI. favourite series: listen i love reading fantasy and sci-fi, but my favourite shows are gilmore girls and grace and frankie. those are my feel good shows and i return to them almost every year. i guess i really like the narrative of women trying to navigate the world and society together.

VII. last song: the rigs - all the king's men

VIII. last series: blue eye samurai

IX. last movie: i think it was kiki's delivery service or arrietty.

X. currently reading: little women by louisa may alcott -- i have to say here i'm reading a collection of 50 works of world literature, and this one is the first.

XI. currently watching: no show but i've been binge-watching videos about edwardian and victorian women's fashion and how to do sew it yourself.

XII. currently working on: chapter 8 of barnabas/ana fic 🫠
